Yes — we clean glass inside and out, plus frames, sills and flyscreens on request. Just tell us the scope when you book and we'll quote accordingly.

Do you clean the window frames and tracks?

Our pricing is for cleaning the glass, but we wipe down the frames and sills as we go at no extra charge. A deep clean of the window tracks needs a vacuum and falls under general cleaning rather than glass cleaning, so we'd suggest a general cleaner for that.

What happens if it rains on the day of my booking?

Don't panic — unless there's a category-10 tornado, rain won't affect your glass once we've cleaned it, as our methods help your windows resist rain and dirt. We're so confident that we offer one week of rain insurance: if your windows don't stay clean because of rain, call us within a week and we'll come back and re-clean them free of charge.

Can you reach second-storey windows?

Absolutely. We use water-fed poles and proper height-safety equipment to safely clean second-storey and hard-to-reach windows across Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash or bank transfer. We can email you a tax invoice if you need one, or simply text you the bank details for transfer.

What is your cancellation policy?

As a small business, last-minute cancellations affect us greatly. A cancellation with less than 72 hours' notice will incur a $50 fee, or 10% of the service cost, whichever is greater. Payment of this fee is due within 24 hours of the cancellation, and any costs incurred recovering late payments will be payable by the client.
